FRANK GOODYEAR, CEO
Our CEO, Frank, began his career in the technology industry, rising through the ranks of Fortune 100 companies during the 1990s. Following the events of 9/11, he transitioned to self-employment. In 2009, he left the banking sector to found Goodyear Financial Inc. Frank's motto is, "We look to help develop, educate, and transform small businesses to achieve their hopes and dreams by working with our accounting firm of the future."

Frank is an experienced business coach with a strong history in the accounting industry. He is adept in business planning, analytical skills, coaching, sales, and bookkeeping, with expertise in QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting software. He specializes in leveraging the latest technology to empower clients to set and achieve their goals.

Frank's specialties include corporate accounting, sales taxes, workers' compensation audits, liability insurance audits, incorporation services, and small business startups. His niches encompass Rotary, non-profit organizations, professional services, lawyers, multi-location businesses, self-employment, and technology. Outside of work, Frank enjoys reading, teaching, and traveling the world.

VIKTORIA ROMASHOVA
VICE PESIDENT
Viktoria is an essential part of our team and an expert in bookkeeping. Born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Russia, she holds a BA in Project Management and a Master's in International Business Communications. Viktoria began her career with Goodyear Financial in 2014. She excels at quickly addressing and resolving clients' needs.

Based in Miami, Florida, Viktoria is also passionate about the fashion industry. She is a Xero Certified Advisor and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Fluent in Russian, she specializes in serving Rotary, non-profit organizations, technology, and fashion industries.

Brittany Lundquist
Business Development Manager
Brittany joined the firm in June 2024. Raised in Los Angeles and currently based in Huntington Beach, California, she brings extensive experience in sales and client care, guiding clients from initial introductions through the onboarding process.

Brittany is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each company she engages with, developing tailored plans to demonstrate how our firm can provide support, including exploring potential accounting grants.

SHIELA HARDIN
BOOKKEEPER / PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Shiela joined our firm in November 2018. Known for her dedication and cheerful demeanor, she specializes in payroll, bookkeeping, and marketing. In addition to her professional expertise, Shiela is a licensed esthetician. She remains passionate about maintaining accurate and organized financial records and is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

JOVELLE GABRILLO
BOOKKEEPER
Jovelle is a great addition to our company! She is extremely hard working and is devoted to her clients. Jovelle started working for Goodyear Financial in October 2017. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and has worked as an auditor, accountant and a project manager for a cloud-based ERP/accounting software implementations.
She is also a Xero certified Advisor, Quickbooks Pro Advisor, and fluent in Filipino!
